Back calculating the tonnes in the report gives abt 84% hm in the hmc.
Looks like they opened up the splitters in wcp and made big tonnes at poor grade.

There is no way they would feed 84%hm into the msp for a make or break trial.
That implies the 8 kt hmc required for the msp trial made at high hm is offset by some very poor quality hmc.
