I felt that too regarding the divestment process. Wayne tried to manage smaller bolt ons like Paddy's Flats but just couldn't tie it all up. Very good to see them learn and adapt.
Simplifying the business and focusing where it matter most is very promising. Feels like the company is finally evolving from its Wheeler Dealer beginnings.
Hopefully they can acquire something that is less of a fix her upper, especially since they seem to be juggling a lot at the moment. Probably why they flogged the mining contract to Barminco for Great Fingal. Stretched too thin with the merger and other projects on the go.
I must be delusional too, since I bought a decent chunk after skimming through the report yesterday. Not a bad time to pump out 88,000 ounces of gold.
