I have a theory as to why SYA is announcing it’s quarterly report just one day before the EGM.
I believe it will be a good one that the market will like.
Releasing it just before the EGM should mean that the sentiment will still be positive the next day.
If it was announced too early, the sentiment could change before the EGM due a geopolitical or market wide reason.
