given what's in the pipeline, you would think there has to be a steady flow of contract wins in next 6mths. I'm guessing they have no obligation to announce no-wins, so surely every announcement from here on out is positive and will help the SP. Still feels like the market hasn't priced in future contracts.
I'm no chartist, but the similarities with the MRM chart over last 5 years were so correlated (which makes complete sense) with exception of last 6/9 months MRM has increased significantly given their positive announcements. I'm hoping MCE will follow a similar trend with some news flow.
