Why?
As it stands if everyone takes up their oppies KRC gets $12m.
This way if only $10m gets taken up there will be a top up from these three, plus on top an additional $4m with an additional number of shares issued.
It's a guaranteed $6m from these three. Even if none of the oppies get taken up.
