If my memory serves correct, they bought the current portfolio in approx December 2021. MegaPort was around $19 - $20 at that stage, which was close to its highs. They sold last month when it was around $6, which is close to its lows. This is one example.
HM1 started off with so much promise, but they have royally taken their eyes off the ball over the last 12 months. I accept that conditions are tough, and we need to accept a bit of a downturn, but why have these guys not acted quicker. It is really quite appalling how badly they have managed this portfolio.
