After emailing AOW, I immediately received the following reply in relation to progress and reinstatement etc.

We are just about to send our December accounts to audit so we are progressing forward.

We have had to deal with some serious issues and thank you for your patience, the current board would like to have all the issues solved as soon as possible as much as you and all investors.

I apologise for the delay but unfortunately due to the complexity of the issues we discovered the time taken is not able to be shortcut.
