if that is the case - would we get anything back?
or will all the proceeds go to Defender with excessive interest rates etc.
Just feel lied to... personally, I invested because I believed their reports. $70k potentially up in smoke, on what I (and all of you no doubt) thought was a winner. Don’t quite know how behaving/deceiving like this is legal - there must be some remedial action we can take if the company goes up in smoke.
