Get ready for more dilution this quarter as she farking wants to raise more funds this quarter and this is the only reason why she wants to do share consolidation. Check the statement under point 2, “EGM for 18 Aug 20 to refresh fund raising capacity and fund raising planned for the quarter”. RHK is referring technically waiting for the 100 to 1 consolidation to happen so she can raise funds and dilute even more. Shareholders hands are tied as she is the majority shareholder and we can’t remove her altogether from the BoDs!!!
All I say is make sure you vote against the consolidation so RHK can’t play her silly games! She is playing a very shrewd game so all I can say is beaware of her tactics!
