yeah i did see that. but three quarters isn't going to equal operating cash flows - I might be wrong here but I doubt it.
value is all in a clear path to operating revenues.
it's closer but they will need more cash to fine operations? unless they can borrow against the mine which Arcturus early stage is still unlikely.
