    My guess would be around Singapore and Indonesia. Lots of people (261 million) and lots of traffic (Singapore = world's busiest trans-shipment port, including 50% of the world's oil, and 2nd-busiest port in tonnage) .

    IoT, shipping lanes, etc, and not many towers in the ocean
