Sorry MeToo. Gonna have to correct you on that one as your statement is very misleading. In the case of SAS, HC does not include escrowed shares in its calculation of this company's MC. The number of shares escrowed is 150% of currently listed shares which brings the fully diluted MC closer to $400m, far higher than the $153m listed on HC.
