Mate they just firmed up their most recent guidance so that investors don't have to stew on it until the end of the month when the quarterly comes out. It was a good move by management. They've also shown that they are recently hitting the required shipping quantities to hit the target for the year.
The damage has already been done to the sp for the shortfall in this year's sales. Stop stewing on the past!
