Are you basing your comments off this statement "Red River ended the quarter with a cash balance of A$20.2m; an increase of A$2.7m from 31 March 2018 and has no debt."
If so, I don't think it's fair to make assumptions on cash made until the details (exploration/development costs) of this sentence are provided "Red River invested substantially in exploration and capital development at West 45 and commenced mining at Far West during the quarter".
