Reckon sale of APS settles on or about Tuesday. So expecting confirmation of the dividend value and payment date this week.
I would imagine the $8m figure touted for Nov is very safe. MST reckon a dividend of $0.59 per share + franking credits bringing it to $0.72-0.79 per share benefit to shareholders.
Even assuming no franking credits, 0.59 per share x Nov holding of 22.5 million shares is around $13 mil.
Going to be a nice payday and result in quite long cash runway.
Interesting to also look back 12 mths and the quarterly for 2021. Ignoring benefit of RKN dividend, the negative cashflow from operations is almost exactly same as Q4 2022 with almost half of the revenue. All other things being equal, you could have expected a much greater cash outflow for this past quarter. So definitely some greater margins & /or lower overheads happening. I can 100% see cash flow positivity being hit by the stated Q4 2023 target.
There is also probably some room to move with smaller bolt on acquisitions and greater marketing investment.
As happena at end of each quarter, they have a bunch of new jobs advertised. 3 out of 5 are marketing or sale related.
