I think nov has only done a series A as per asx announcement.
When I spoke with Peter - next step was series B at a higher valuation. 80m pre money was mentioned with a IPO after that. NOV Share holders With a preference entitlement
This was just talk and nothing set in stone apart from the asx announcements.
