my understanding was that the bank is a completely seperate entity that NOV holds 91% of.
NOV will have a requirement to hold a maximum of 20% holdings or something (someone can fact check the correct figure) when the business advances to ADI stage.
I would assume that the bank will require a large investment when ADI stage comes along, and thus NOV would get to 20% holding by diluting their share holdings and raising money for the bank entity.
this would not provide any additional cash flow to NOV, as it’s a seperate entity.
so what do you mean by the raise will come from the bank?
the bank raising money does not help NOV’s cash flow, because they are seperate entities, unless you are referring to NOV selling their own shares to investors for cash, then what you’re saying would make sense.
