Your interpretation will depend on whether you thrive on hopium or are a “downrampers”/realist.
Hopium people will swear there is some incredible takeover afoot on the quiet by a major financial institution with deep pockets and no idea how to read a cash flow statement.
”Downrampers” will note cash burn is still negative $2.5m per quarter with only $8-9 million left in the bank and see it as an undifferentiated plea for capital.
