    yes and no. No doubt increased capacity is on their radar when they increas reserves, however that is not what your quoted statement is talking about. The current plant processing circuit is built to process only oxide ore (the shallow stuff). Putting fresh and transitional ore is unfeasible in its current state. They will first look at additional elements they can tack onto the curcuit to allow for change in ore type. This shouldn't be too expensive. This does not currently mean they are investigating increase in production as per your comment. Google ore processing for oxide and for fresh ores for increased understanding.
