favourite small growth stocks

I would like to hear your thoughts on good small cap growth stocks with the following characteristics:

1. High ROE

2. Good history of increasing NPAT.

3. Dividend paying

4. Growth is not limited. Business model could support future blue chip status. The business concept is sustainable.

5. Market cap preferably less than $100m maybe up to $200m.

I guess my favourite atm is Legend, LGD.
I am not pushing LGD, simply want to hear others thoughts before I make my next super fund purchase.
