Agreed. This is what I was trying to point out to other people here. Market cap is 600 mil (which is crazy given the negative ebitda and low revenue). This is a great company with a great recurring revenue business model but imo overvalued by about 200 mil. Need to have big ones to be buying in now. I do really like how they have patent protected their equipment tho and the acquisition does look very eps accretive.
