On a positive note regarding the sovereign risk. Mozambique has a GDP of USD$11 billion (Source: Trading Economics) and Anadarko just agreed to invest USD$15 billion in the country which equates to 136% of GDP.
That's the equivalent of someone agreeing to invest USD$1.6 trillion into the Australian economy (i.e. 136% of GDP).
With natural gas FDI the economy should be zooming in the years to come, people and politicians should be happy too as the boom gets bigger.
