Yes that is correct.
In reply to 612, also I don't think the 1000+ merchants onboard but NOT yet Active are due to restrictions for physcial store vists.
From IOU's explanations , these 1000+ merchants are likely online merchants and that for IOU to adhere to strict merchant eKYC and anti money laundering compliance measures someone from IOIU's team needs to actually meet these ONLINE merchants in person before being able to make them Active on the BNPL platform. With current covid restrictions, no sure meetings are allowed.
If the above is correct, there may not be many new Active merchants until covid restrictions are lifted sometime in the next 2 to 3 months.
That is my take on it. Could be wrong.
