That's a bit harsh. I don't really see SYR shares dropping that low unless the entire market plummets again.
There are companies like UBS and Morningstar that provide valuations. I personally don't trust these valuations as a guide to current or future SP (due to very dry methodology and potential biases), but the valuations do have to be ethical, transparent and somehow true (if they are not, then I'm pretty sure it is illegal to publish them).
UBS values SYR at 0.44
Morningstar values SYR at 0.65
That's a bit harsh. I don't really see SYR shares...
