Yes that is correct. It was my first concern seeing the AR as it naturally would be for anyone.

I contacted Chieftain with what I noticed in T20, originally they told me I was wrong but I sent them couple screenshots of Prospectus and T20's and the registry that did the T20 didnt include their shares in Escrow which is held in another account.
Just to remove any doubt they also emailed me screenshots of their holdings.
They hold 250K in one acc.
62.5K in Escrow until November 2019 in another acc. nobody from their end has sold incl. personal acc's I was last told about 2months back. 

Your seller has been John Rogers who was the third largest holder, who's dumped the load quite aggressively...and is the reason we are where we are.
