I'm just wondering what is disappointing on MXC's behalf when they've made it known that VC is causing the delay despite the contractual obligations... this isn't MXC's doing ..

To me, it seems the board have been very patient with VC and attempted (as they stated in the quartely) to assist them because we know just how much money there is to be made here.

However, like I've said in previous posts, as a last resort, MXC can pursue legal action if the deal ends up deal.

'Contractual obligations'

It is 'disappointing' though that VC have caused delays. It still doesn't appear that the deal is 'dead' as some may think. Time will tell.
