    As Owl said, this is a long term hold. In the last few months we have had the Malta deal and GMP (which we have to believe is the circuit breaker for MXC's future). MXC clearly believes that the delay in the VC deal is preferable to added legal expenses. IMO that is not a bad course.
    Anyone who just viewed MXC as a quick buy in and sell out opportunity may be disappointed but there is so much more to MXC than the VC deal
