I reckon this may go on for some time now.
The MOU was non binding (expression of interest)
AH & DH know that they need to get this 100% right.
If they get it right it will change their lives and other shareholders lives for the better for the future.
The non binding nature of the MOU seems to have allowed others to express interest and possibly create a bit of a Dutch auction. Lets hope so. I am not bothered that this is going to take a lot longer as long as they achieve the best outcome for all shareholders. I think they were a little naïve in announcing that date at the end of May. I just hope they are getting the correct advice as they proceed.
We know that the resource and the metallurgy and the final product is honky dory so now its a test of managements business accumen.
