re: Ann: June Quarterly Activity Report and A... It does sound a little like the deal could be at risk of tipping over, with the mention of other parties as a possible attempt to push our investor into signing.
If all was well there would be no thought of publicly mentioning other interest, that would surely be inapropriate at this delicate stage.
If there are now multiple genuine interested parties you would have expected that fact to have hastened the current deal, instead it has become quite drawn out.
with not much cash left in the can we need a deal and the investor would know that, otherwise its 'give it to me one more time'
