re: Ann: June Quarterly Activity Report and A... Step 1 they just need to get a party to commit to funding it to production (note they are suggesting this includes more than just capex) and it should be very positive for holders. LT the agreement itself would not want to be too corporately restrictive to ensure they are still in control of their own destiny. If this transpires then I'd agree there is some genuine blue sky here.
