Discussions with a potential cornerstone investor to complete a binding agreement and provide funding for the development
of the Ngualla Project - as announced on 23rd April 2013 - are taking longer than first anticipated but continue to progress.
Discussions are also continuing with a number of additional parties.
The Company had $2.44 million cash on hand at the end of the Quarter
