Yep Felix - appears that MOU exclusivity period (if there ever existed an exclusivity period) has expired - and additional parties invited to make assessment of Ngualla via dedicated technical site - so no time lost and current buyers can't drag things on for ever I expect.
One things for sure, if one party wants Ngualla,... others will be lining up.... just the control/split will impact.
