    Well if GDX is a guide, ncm is overdUe for a big down day as it been falling substantially and ncm for whatever reason has been on the move- up- 1 pc increase in production after cutting div, slashing jobs, operation edge, writedowns blah blah is not justifcation to pay a premium over book value imo
