In my opinion, There will be more research grants and tax rebates, as well as assistance for the commercial plant, whether it be in the leasing of the site, and/or in the construction.
It certainly looks positive this time, and if I was Tim, I wouldn't be pushing for the commercial site with 3m in the bank....I would want to know I could fund it...so I wonder what has been said or promised to him this trip.
And I really cant see a CR, unless it is an absolute last resort. (Tim, please dont prove me wrong!)
There ar multiple levers available, as well as private industry.
UK government, APC, BGS, various ESG and critical mineral funds, UK investment fund, and the private's- LCM, Ford, ESG asset managers and fundies, who have been through the plant recently, and hopefully subscribe to the model, the economics and its expansion through Europe, the Americas and Asia.
