    While 1) is possible, I don't think it is likely. If you were trying to bail out and get the best price you could, you wouldn't just dump 20 million shares in one hit creating further doubt in the company. If someone has 20 million to dump fair chance they have a lot more. Who ever is doing it has done it when the price is looking to go up several times. If you were seriously looking to get out why wouldn't you let the price go up and sell them at the higher price and sell the remainder at the lower price.

    While I don't have 20 million shares (well on my way though) I wouldn't dump them all in one hit. It makes more sense to sell them in chunks proportional to sales, that way the price might still go up.

    2) could be possible, I'm not familiar enough with the company to comment.
