Kwaiden, you out there? Any chance you can tell us who the seller is. At the moment I can only see the debt being a concern for investors, and the banks seem to be quite happy with it. I think we just have to wait this one out, buyback in the future and a div should fix the sp... of course this isn't in the short term but unless we are missing something eventually value has to be realised. Anyone know if I'm missing anything?
