If you look at the Dec 2016 half year report they put minimal intangibles expenditure on the balance sheet so looks as though R&D is fully expensed. Would be good to get some clarity of what cash flow neutrality actually means ie is it EBITDA break even, operating cash flow positive of free cash flow positive?
