Absolutely - there is a balance between growth and profitability but what I was trying to reinforce is that they cant take their foot of the pedal as far as customer acquisition is concerned. I understand the reason for eliminating some customers as well and applaud them for taking that action. There is certainly no point doing business with customers who want "something for nothing" and that includes not doing business with prospects that string them along - as I understand has happened. But we can't just grow a few customers and squeeze profitability out of them. I thought that what Muppet was getting at in the phase I quoted.

While Dirk may understand this I honestly would like him to speak much more fulsomely about profitable growth and to hear the two words together. That too may be part of Dirk's development - understanding how words can be interpreted or misinterpreted and not necessarily as was intended
