You can only get the JMEI credits if you have not done a JORK yet, it is about the only advantage of not having a JORK.
I think my accountant told me he claimed 27% tax concession for me from the last time I had JMEI tax credits with MEU years ago and I think I was able to claim for several years but it is all a bit vague, a while back now.
I would rather have a JORK please Doc.
