I read this as any new share purchased 24-25 will have an attached franking credit.
To be utlised (IMO) these shares need to be a coupon as part of a CR. It could be a sofisticated placement. my calc is 1 4m/0.02 ps / .27c franking = 260m shares at 2c this fully utilised the credit. $13m raise
