No future in stock whatsoever
Well it pays roughly 4c-5c div per year, so within 0.33 SP / 0.04 div = 8.25 years, stock has paid for itself. Tshipi life is about 50-100 years, so for LT this is a no brainer IMHO.
Also Gilbertson / Thapliyal are trying to unlock shareholder value with the demerger, isn't that a good thing ?
Perhaps the FIRB regulatory requirements are recently changed in a way that is unattractive to foreign shareholders like Dutch pension-fund ABP, hence the late block.
