    JMS is very much your typical mining company just with some creative corporate structuring.

    Again no, it is not your typical mining company like RIO,BHP and so forth. They don't own any infrastructure or equipment, everything is contracted out from rail and shipping contractors to mining contractors.
    But I repeat myself.....
