    Given the Juno free shares are worth around 1.5c

    So basically with upcoming dividend (46.1m + 2.7m) x 0.9 (payout ratio) / 1960m (outstanding shares) = $2.2c we are given the opportunity to buy at around $0.3 - $0.015 - $0.022 = $0.263 a share today.
