I just like to ask the long termers on this stock a question about the recent announcement.
Pallinghurst and co-investors will be issued 1Bil stock priced at 21Cents and be majority share holders of 85% right? I don't know much about this co but wouldn't that be massive dilution to existing shareholders? Why would the share price be heading in the opposite direction even if it is potentially a company making announcement?
I am just curious.
