The reason put forward for dumping Priyank was "excessive remuneration" so they hire a new bloke and pay him the same money. WTF.
At least Priyank bought most of his shareholding on market.
Those unaligned to the 2 major shareholders were unable to see the new CE's renumeration package prior to proxy voting at the AGM despite being previously advised in announcements that they would be....
The outcome of Resolution 1 may have been different if they had.
