Price drives narrative...everyone so negative here.
They're hiring the right people and getting advice. We have complex cross-border / listing / minority shareholders issues to go through here.
Companies hire advisors all the time. I've worked on retainer for countless companies. I'm not sure why they needed to announce this, but at the same time shareholders including myself have complained about lack of news... so here we go.
