I can only think you are joking...
The small holding in JMS by the takeover team
Compared to the size their own company.....
would usually expect they would have little interest in the running of JMS
I can only think that they see a way of profiting out of running JMS
I expect the SP will continue falling with dividends to disappear altogether.
I also expect they will channel profits into long term projects..
Eventually they will snap JMS up for under 10 cents...maybe under 5 cents..
