Removing the managing director and CEO of a very profitable company
Is more than untoward.....

If a 20% shareholder wanted to reduce Priyanks remuneration..
They would have just have to tap him on the shoulder....
If they want to change the direction of the company
again they would just have to bring it up at a board meeting......
It isn't a coincidence that the move was made when ore prices were heading down..
