Yeah pretty big area to resource drill- size of the Sydney Basin and only at 1km x 1/2 km drill spacings atm so lots of potential to reveal or refine good/ hot spots.Cheap shallow drilling and lots of it to go going fwd.
Notice even outside of assumed alkaline intrusion to the north there are good hits.
Maybe lineament zones involved?
Had a look at the regional geology. Few km to the north east is the boundary of Walganna Monzogranitic suite ,part of Bald Rock Supersuite. It also splits into the Wongala suite- alkaline granites highly fractionised with acc Flourine.
Fluids wrap around boundary edges as pathways and F is an important alteration fenite.
So perhaps some form of immiscible ( REE) fluid phase ( alkaine intrusion) as possible origins from these granites?
