    Yep pretty much agree there.

    I probably have a bit more confidence as this time we aren't in Tas, aren't with metals that have wild boom bust swings (Tin $42k/t er sorry $18k/t) , BBF etc and in a state where government is always trying to help mining happen. Add in critical minerals AU/USA.
